The Changi Chapel and Museum is dedicated to honoring those who rose above adversity in the dark and tumultuous years of World War 2. The inspirational and heroic stories that took place in the Changi area are well-documented in this educational institution.

The Chapel, now located within the museum, is an iconic landmark serving to commemorate the spirit of the people that did not yield under Japanese rule. The museum is now home to a vast collection of photographs, letters, and personal effects. Every Sunday, there are services conducted by various church groups at the Chapel from 9.30am. Visitors are more than welcome to join the services.

Though admission is free, guided hour-long tours are available as well.
Opening hours  daily 9.30am – 4.30pm.

How to get to Changi Chapel and Museum

Bus service no. 2 towards Changi  from Tanah Merah MRT station takes you to the front of museum

Why not hire a car while you’re in Singapore, and visit the chapel in your own time. Roads are easy to follow and great to drive on. Hire cars are modern. Tourists can drive using a valid foreign license and an International Driving Permit (IDP), issued in your home country. If you come from one of the Asian Nations you can drive in Singapore without an international permit.
