ArtScience Museum at the Marina Bay Sands Set For Grand Opening

Slated to be the largest private museum in Singapore, the ArtScience Museum at the Marina Bay Sands will welcome its first visitors on 19 February with three showcase exhibitions. The museum aims to explore the relationship between art, science and technology, with a special focus on making the exhibitions family-friendly.

Genghis Khan: The Exhibition, Travelling the Silk Road: Ancient Pathway to the Modern World and Shipwrecked: Tang Treasures and Monsoon Winds. Visitors will be treated to these three exhibitions through interactive elements such as touch-screen videos and computerised role-playing.

The opening of the ArtScience is part of the Grand Opening of the Marina Bay Sands that includes the premiere of the Wonder Full Light and Water Spectacular, celebrity chef restaurants and the upcoming Broadway Musical, The Lion King.
