Usher In The Singapore Food Festival 2010!

Since its introduction in 1994, the Singapore Food Festival has gradually grown in stature to become a key calendar event today. The festival aims to promote Singapore's beloved local cuisines, with this year's theme being Chinese Dialect Food. From 16 to 25 July, participants can look forward to a gastronomic experience island-wide, with several main programs and fringe events lined-up. 

Highlights of the Singapore Food Festival include a food street at Clarke Quay, enjoying Chinese delicacies while cruising along the Singapore River and numerous culinary classes conducted by celebrity chefs! Head down to any of these events with family and/or friends and sample the distinctly Singaporean flavour of Chinese Dialect food.
