Feast on the Singapore Food Festival 2011!

The Singapore Food Festival is a significant affair every year. This year's installment will take place from July 15-24 primarily along the Singapore River at Clarke Quay. Numerous food & beverage outlets will be offering great dining deals!

Singapore Food Festival Village - Highlights include the curry and spice street as well as a Gourmet Promenade, where you can over 60 stalls offering local and international fare.

Special Walking Tours for the Months of June and July

Every weekend for the next two months, there will be 20 walking tours that will take enthusiasts on a 90-minute route through iconic landmarks around Singapore. Introduced by the Preservation of Monuments Board, the tours will cost S$5 per person for the first month and S$10 from July.

Grand Opening of Universal Studios Singapore!

Having entertained approximately 2 million park goers over the past year, Universal Studios Singapore is all set for a grand opening on May 28. With the reopening of Battlestar galactica, the world's tallest duelling rollercoasters, the theme park now boasts 21 rides and shows. 

The Screams Are Back At The Universal Studios!

Battlestar Galactica, the marquee ride at the Universal Studios Singapore, is bringing back the screams to the theme park. It has been almost a year since the ride was shut-down on March 25 last year. 

After numerous re-engineering efforts and months of test cycles, the Battlestar Galactica roller-coaster is now back in business. Ticket sales to the theme park though, have not been affected by the ride's closure in the past year.
